Great Anthropology location. The store front is nice and interior building vibe is very cool on top of the nice apparel and home goods they have to offer. Nice place to wander into on Queen St.

Great service. I really appreciate the staff here and how well they work as a team. I was able to find what I needed quickly and in my size, which is something that I truly appreciate because online ordering isn't for me at all.

very professional and excellent customer service. I placed a phone order and had some issues as I was using gift card, a huge shout out to Engy who was extremely helpful. She made sure that the issue gets fixed, and she called me after getting the issue fixed so that I can place my order next day. I really appreciate her efforts and all the hard work. Thank you Engy!!!

It’s a beautiful building! The staff was very friendly and helpful with my purchase. However, I do think you are better off if you buy on the website since there is more variety.

I went to the Canadian site thinking I was ordering there, but my purchase came from the States and I was charged for duty which came in 100 dollars more than the listed price, so what is the point of a Canadian ordering product from this company. BTW, my dress was lovely, but very expensive in the end.

Lovely designed store. There are stairs at the entrance and for the second floor. Two elevators are available. The store itself is nicely laid out and has a sale section at the back upstairs. It’s a higher end store with prices reflective of such.

Loved the atmosphere of this location which seems to be a refurbished old church. The store is well lit and so bright which fits the items they sell. The bowls, cups and utensil area always has gorgeous and unique items. We ended up leaving with a new bowl set. However, if you are smaller than average and wear a 0 or 00 in most stores Anthropologie probably won't have much that will fit you. While I love their styles more items are ill fitting and baggy (even when they aren't supposed to be baggy).

Huge location with a variety of products, but I found their styles to be lacking during the fall. Less fall colours and more colourful summer trends in stock which was disappointing.

Beautiful winter apparel in store! Gorgeous sweaters, sparkly evening wear, awesome sleep wear .. Christmas gifts galore .. Candles are amazing!!

Rude employees; had an interaction with 3 and they all consistently had an attitude. Last straw was staff at the register, the question was simply if the item I was purchasing is final sale. A straightforward yes/no question was sassed with “it’s 40% off”.
